 Payment policy :

Ø 50 % on confirmation.

Ø Balance on arrival.

  •   Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 50% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
  •  Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid as per time limit given at the time of confirmation.
  •  Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization.
  •  Rates are valid for INDIAN NATIONALS only.

Cancellation &  REFUNDS

  • Refunds if any for amendments and / or cancellation will be paid directly to the client for booking made directly with TRAVEVALLEY
  • For booking routed through our Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or Travel agent of the client, the refunds will be routed through them.
  • Refund will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation. No interest charges shall be payable on the amount.
  • There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc).

Cancellation policy after any financial commitment:-

  • Any cancellation till 30 days between booking date to travel date will attract 35% of the total package cost cancellation as penalty
  • Any cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival will attract 50% of the total package cost as cancellation penalty
  • Any cancellation 14 to 11 days prior to the arrival will attract 70% of the total package cost as cancellation penalty
  • Any cancellation within 10 days prior to the arrival will attract 100% of the total package cost as cancellation penalty
